Dogwood’s Cancellation Policy is:
To cancel or reschedule a private tutoring session without charge, call Ivan by 4:00 pm on the day prior to the scheduled appointment. Call before 4:00 on Friday to make changes to Sunday appointments. For later changes and no-shows, we will charge you the fee for the full session. Tutors may discuss their availability with parents or students, but they are not authorized to make changes to the schedule. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to communicate directly with Ivan when a cancellation or other schedule change is needed. He will confirm all schedule changes promptly with a follow-up email.
